Our Mission
Offering opportunities for a new life while using a comprehensive plan of recovery for women suffering from substance abuse disorder and untreated mental illness by providing a safe and structured living environment.
Stability, Structure, and Support help women gain access to the resources needed in order to live in healthy recovery environment and achieve long term success.
We offer each resident the freedom and encouragement to explore any avenue of spirituality they choose, building courage and initiative to make use of all resources available to them, so they can live in a way that they never have before.
Our History
New Life House of Hope serves the needs of Athens-Clarke county by providing a safe home for women living with substance abuse disorders. We provide the necessary resources to help residents build a solid foundation for a new life, one free from both the bondage of addiction, and the burden of living with untreated comorbidities that may have hindered their previous attempts at recovery.
Established in 2020, Founder, KathyAnne Chapman, created a safe place for women to achieve their dreams of becoming productive members of society and living clean & free from substance abuse.
Our Story Goes On
In March 2023, Jada Fiorentino graduated New Life House of Hope as a resident. She was so thrilled with the new direction of her life and grateful for the program, so she made a commitment to give back.
She found her passion for helping more ladies find the same path to recovery!
KathyAnne graciously supported the goal for Jada to become Program Director. Then, with the experience, passion and willingness, Jada was able to fulfil her dreams of becoming CEO and Executive Director of New Life House of Hope!
Jada continues to operate in love because everyone deserves a chance to recover!
Miracles happen everyday!
Our Success
At New Life House, we have witnessed families restored, we’ve seen parents regain trust, children get their Mama back, marriages made stronger, and we have had the tremendous privilege of watching as countless women change their lives and recover! They rejoin society, this time as a whole and healthy independent, strong woman, not as a charity case or a burden for someone to bear. We are witnessing miracles in their lives every single day!
It is our hope and vision, that for years to come, New Life House of Hope will continue to offer stability, structure, and support to women in our community while they get clean, heal, and learn to fly. Never to crawl again!
Our Certification

Today, GARR, an affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences, continues to be the advocate and authority (or agent) for quality recovery residences in Georgia.
